HOW CAN PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

It’s really easy to accomplish, but you must wait no more than 30 days after receiving the package.

Once we receive the merchandise back, we will provide a refund for your purchase.

If the item functions but falls short of your expectations:

• We will give you a full refund of the purchase price if the item is brand new. Your paid delivery fee won’t be reimbursed. You are also responsible for paying the return shipping fees to our address.
• We won’t authorise any returns if the item has been used and is still in good condition.

Please only return the item once you have received confirmation from us that we are okay with it.
